Location
Castellana Norte enjoys a privileged location in the northern area of Madrid, Las Tablas. This is a fully established business district of the city, currently experiencing steady growth due to the ongoing development of office buildings that house major national and international companies. The area lies just north of Madrid’s Central Business District (CBD) and is part of the city’s planned expansion through the Madrid Nuevo Norte project, which includes the extension of the Castellana axis and represents the largest urban regeneration initiative in Europe.






LOCATION AND TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS
The connection to the city’s main access roads is unbeatable, thanks to its proximity to key arteries such as the A-1, M-30, M-40, and M-11—this last one offering direct access to IFEMA and just 15 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Additionally, it’s only 7 minutes from Paseo de la Castellana, 8 minutes from Chamartín train station, and 15 minutes from Atocha.
In terms of public transport, the Las Tablas station is just a 9-minute walk away, offering access to Line 10 of the Madrid Metro and the ML1 Light Rail. The area is also served by several EMT bus lines (175 and N24 directly in front of the building), with direct connections to Plaza de Castilla, among others, and a taxi stand right at the doorstep.

Castellana Norte is a business complex designed in 2002 by the prestigious architecture studio Rafael de la-Hoz, where architectural detail and functionality are key, combined with unique brightness and character to provide maximum comfort for its tenants.
It emphasizes natural light in all its buildings, which feature green outdoor areas perfect for informal meetings and moments of relaxation. The interiors stand out for their large floor plates and the flexibility offered by their open-plan spaces.
Rafael de La-Hoz is renowned for his exceptional architecture and commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. His extensive experience, along with a highly skilled team, has led to the development of over 500 projects in 20 different countries.
Among his most recent and representative works are: the Repsol Campus, Telefónica’s District C, Endesa’s headquarters, the ‘Pórtico’ building, the Garrigues headquarters, and of course, Castellana Norte.
